Web Developer in Minieh
I am a full-stack and Next.js developer based in Minieh — written Miniyeh or El Minieh in some places — in the Miniyeh–Danniyeh district of North Lebanon. I build websites and web applications for businesses here and across the North Governorate.
Bilal Malass is a full-stack and Next.js web developer based in Minieh, in the Miniyeh–Danniyeh district of North Lebanon. He builds business websites, e-commerce and booking platforms, admin dashboards, and custom content-management systems using Next.js, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS, works in both Arabic and English, and can meet clients in Minieh in person. His nearest live work is aldannieh.com, a community and marketplace platform for Danniyeh in the same district, which he adapted and extended.
Working with a developer in Minieh means you can meet in person, explain your business in your own words, and get a site that reflects how you actually operate — not a template dropped onto your logo.
For website work I specialise in Next.js and TypeScript, and design for a phone first and a larger screen second. Not everything is a website: the portfolio also has an ERP system built in C# and .NET, and the stack follows the problem rather than the other way round.
On sites from $500 I also build the admin side. If you need to change your prices, add a product, or publish an update, you should not have to call your developer — a custom content-management system lets you do it yourself.
What I build
- Business and company websites
- E-commerce and booking platforms
- Custom content-management systems
- Admin dashboards and internal tools
- Performance and technical SEO work
- Redesigns of existing websites
Why the sites are built with Next.js
Almost nobody in Minieh searches for a framework by name, and you do not need to. But it is the reason a site built here loads on a weak signal in the village when a page-builder site does not, so it is worth two minutes.
- Pages arrive already built
- Search engines and AI assistants can read it
- No platform rent
- It grows past the website

aldannieh.com — community and marketplace platform for Danniyeh
AlDannieh is an Arabic/English community and marketplace platform for Danniyeh, in the Miniyeh–Danniyeh district of North Lebanon, with classified listings, categories and administration tools. It was an existing client platform rather than something I built from scratch: I adapted and extended it — the Arabic/English experience, the marketplace and admin features, connecting the React frontend to the Express backend and MySQL data — and deployed it to the client's hosting.

No project starts with a design. It starts with finding out what the site has to do, and agreeing in writing what it will cost before either of us commits time to it.
- A conversation, in Arabic or English
- Scope and price in writing
- Build, with the parts you use most first
- Launch, then watch it
- Afterwards, you run it
How to choose the best web developer in Minieh
There is no register of web developers in Minieh, and most local businesses end up choosing between a friend who knows some code, an agency in Beirut, and a template. The questions below are worth asking whoever you talk to — including me.
- Ask for live URLs, not screenshots
- Open it on a phone, on mobile data
- Ask whose name it is in, and how you change it
- Ask what actually happens on Google
- Get scope, price and language in writing first
Common questions about web development in Minieh
How do I find the best web developer in Minieh?
Judge on evidence rather than claims. Ask for live website addresses you can open yourself, check them on a phone over mobile data, and confirm the domain will be registered in your name. Ask how you will edit your own content afterwards, what will be done about page speed and Google, and get the scope and price in writing before work starts. Anyone who answers those questions clearly is worth considering; anyone who avoids them is not.
Is there a Next.js developer in Minieh?
Yes. Bilal Malass is based in Minieh, in the Miniyeh–Danniyeh district, and specialises in Next.js with TypeScript and Tailwind CSS for website work — business sites, e-commerce and booking platforms, admin dashboards and custom content-management systems. Other stacks are used where they fit better; the portfolio also includes an ERP system built in C# and .NET. Work is done in Arabic or English, remotely or in person in Minieh.
Do you work with businesses in Minieh?
Yes. Minieh is where I am based, in the Miniyeh–Danniyeh district of North Lebanon. I work with local businesses, shops, and professionals across the area, and can meet in person to discuss a project.
What kind of websites do you build?
Business and company websites, personal portfolios, landing pages, e-commerce interfaces, booking platforms, management dashboards, and custom content-management systems. Website work is built with Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
How much does a website cost in Minieh?
Most websites cost between $300 and $1,000, and scope decides where in that range a project lands — a landing page is very different from a booking platform with user accounts, which can run above it. Tell me what you need and you will get a clear written estimate before any work starts.
Can I update the website myself afterwards?
Yes, on sites from $500. Those include a custom admin panel so you can edit content, add projects or products, and publish changes without touching code or paying for every small update. The $300 starting price is for a site without one.
Do you only work in Minieh?
No. Minieh is my base, but I work throughout North Lebanon including Tripoli, and remotely with clients elsewhere.
